The chicken stew or any kind of meat, is one of the most common dishes in Colombia, their preparation is almost daily in most homes, so now prepare a delicious chicken stew

1 whole chicken • 2 yuccas
• 2 green plantains
• 2 ripe bananas •

• 6 potatoes 3 ears

1 onion 3 tomatoes •
• ¼ cup cilantro
• 3 cloves •
garlic 3 tablespoons margarine
• 10 cups of water

Sal Preparation:
First chop the chicken, then remove the lungs and fat you have, then the washed and dried well. Then peel and chop the tomatoes and onions. Then in a bowl put the chicken with half the tomato and onion, let marinate for 2 hours.
After we put the tomato and saute remaining onions in butter, then add, and let cook for about 10 minutes. Then we cut the ears and peel the bananas, cassava and potatoes and then split them.
in a pot then add water, hogao, chicken, green bananas and ear, let cook for one hour for the chicken tender, we get the ears and leave them in a separate dish.
then add the yucca, potatoes, plantains and season to taste with salt, cumin and pepper, cover and let cook until all is tender.
serve on each plate with a piece of ear and cilantro to taste.
