This recipe can be ideal to surprise at Christmas with a very original and attractive dessert on the palate. Peel apples and cut into strips more or less large. Meanwhile, put butter in a frying pan to melt and then put the apples over medium heat.
few minutes then add the brown sugar we want to add and let it melt and take the caramel color we want. If needed we can add a tablespoon water to avoid burning dessert. When apples golden brown, turn away and serve this dessert.
